Is All Of Your Amish Furniture Authentic?

All our furniture is made in Holmes County, Ohio and the solid hardwood is from local suppliers. We also carry a line of locally made upholstered furniture.

Is The Furniture Customizable?

Our line of upholstered furniture can be customized to fit any room in your home or office. Each piece of our hardwood furniture can also be created to your unique tastes and style. You can choose the correct wood, stain or paint, and we can match an existing color.

Please know that customizations will lead to longer lead times. Request a quote for a custom piece of Amish furniture. 

What Are Your Average Lead Times?

As of January 2024, our lead times for custom furniture is 8 to 12 weeks.

Do You Have Furniture That Is Already In Stock?

If you are unable to wait on the lead times of custom furniture, you can ask to see our wide variety of in-stock furniture. Visit our in-stock page to see our selection of furniture products already in stock.

Care Instructions

How Do I Properly Clean Hardwood Furniture?

Taking care of your furniture doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. Rather than fussing over the endless options of wood cleaners and polishes (brands such as Pledge have been known to ruin finish), you can use a damp clean cloth and a gentle soap.

Will The Seasons Affect My Furniture?

Due to the nature of solid wood, you will see expansion and contraction of the wood as humidity levels change. It is important to keep your humidity controlled as close to 45% as possible. You may have to run a humidifier in the Winter and a dehumidifier in the Summer.


How Far Do You Deliver?

Our in-home delivery specialists will travel within a 300-mile radius. If you live outside of that radius, we work with several other white glove Amish furniture delivery specialists that cover the whole lower 48 states. In-home set-up is included.

What Are Your Delivery Fees?

Delivery fees for a dining set begin at $175.00 and $225.00 for a bedroom set. This includes carrying the furniture in your home and setting it up. 

Can We Pick Up Our Furniture Instead Of Having It Delivered?

For the Do-it-Yourself customer, we offer curbside drop-off. Depending on your items, the cost of this service is generally $80.00 – $100.00 less.
If you choose to pick up your Amish-made furniture at our location, the items will be shrink-wrapped only. We ask that you provide your own boxes, and packing material or moving blankets. (If you are unable to bring enough moving blankets, we will have some available for purchase or rent at our store.) When you are ready to pick up your furniture, our warehouse guys will assist you in loading and packing all your furniture.

What Is Your Warranty?

From the date of purchase, we offer a 1-year warranty for all our hardwood furniture against warping, cracking, or breaking.

Do You Run Sales On Your Furniture?

Periodically, we have a sale or promotion of new items. If you would like to find out when we have these events, sign up for our email and direct mail options, or follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

Direct mail notifications only happen once a year around our July 4th anniversary sale.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
We offer a 15-day full refund. No questions asked on any purchase if the item is returned in its original condition.
